By accessing and using Oriv's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Service Provision & SLA

Oriv provides managed cloud infrastructure services. We guarantee a 99.99% infrastructure uptime SLA. Compensation for downtime is credited to your account as outlined in our SLA policy document.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to hosting malicious content, conducting DDoS attacks, or distributing spam. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

4. Billing and Payments

Services are billed on a monthly basis. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or data deletion after a grace period.

5. Data Ownership and Backups

You retain full ownership of all data hosted on your servers. While Oriv provides automated backup solutions, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining independent backups of your critical data.

6. Limitation of Liability

Oriv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
